Good to know

  • Children 8 and under are free. Guests aged 9+ beyond the included guests pay ₱500 per head.
  • Visitor and corkage details are on the Villas and FAQs pages.
  • Outside food is free. Drink corkage is ₱300 per case or ₱150 per bottle.
  • A valid government ID is required at check-in.
  • The downpayment is non-refundable. A reservation can be rebooked to new dates within the year, subject to villa availability.
  • Casa 2455 is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
  • Guests are charged for any damage caused inside the premises.
  • Disputes or appeals must be raised with the Front Desk within 7 days of check-out.
