The villas

We started this business with the intention of providing an escape within the city. We wanted to bring a quiet space away from the noise without compromising on quality, while keeping the coziness of a warm Filipino balai (home).

Each of our Balais is a loft-style space, air conditioned, with both an outdoor and indoor living area. It fits 4–5 guests and has its own private pool.

General information

Timings
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 NN. Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Quiet hours
In accordance with the local ordinance and to respect the peace and tranquility of everyone, we request all guests to minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
Corkage
No corkage on food, but we do charge for drinks: ₱300.00 per case and ₱150.00 per bottle.
Visitors
Visitors of overnight guests are free to enter and stay until 12 MN; our regular per-head charge applies afterwards. Please inform reception beforehand.
Reception
Reception is available 24/7 for any emergency or concern.
Children
Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by adults.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied as necessary.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the villas and ONLY ALLOWED in designated outdoor areas.
Pets
PETS are NOT ALLOWED on the property. Service animals welcome, please inform us in advance.
